Funny you asked. Actually, no. There is a more technically oriented FAQ for customers in the BULLROARGO portal. Customers should refer to the FAQ and Knowledgebase in the portal, as they contain all the information in this public FAQ and more.
Certainly. We do, however, strongly recommend that customers have at least one “IT Guy” to address their day-to-day support needs. Bullroar manages and supports all of its offerings, but DOES NOT OFFER GENERAL DESKTOP SUPPORT, NOR DOES BULLROAR SUPPORT ANY NON-MANAGED CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT.
The BULLROARGO! customer portal is available to customers only. The customer account administrator is assigned an account during the onboarding process. Additional accounts can be requested via ticket by the account administrator at any time.
NGFWaas sits at the core of the Bullroar managed network. It acts as the conduit to identity sources for the AUTHaas platform and allows secure access to those resources for users and devices.
No it does not. By design, Bullroar DNSaas is a private solution that does not commingle public DNS presentation.
WIFI Edge Micro Office is a perfect solution for small or mobile offices that primarily only require wireless access (although limited wired access is available). The full complement of internal corporate wireless resources can be easily implemented anywhere a wired internet connection is available with just a single managed access point.
Switch options range from 8 to 48 ports in POE, NON-POE, and industrial models.
